Anna Vic Webb

Anna Vic Webb (b. 2001) explores her identity as a queer neurodivergent person by observing herself and painting what is around her. Her work focuses on intimate settings such as her bedroom and bathroom to show her history through the symbolism found in the home and the figures that reside. Using the materiality of paint she conveys her feelings of hypersensitivity to stimuli with her use of hue and brushwork.

Vic has shown her pieces in the group gallery events Outsiders Effigy (2023), Art Knight (2022-2023), and Exordium (2024) at the University of Central Florida, Off The Chain (2024), Eclectic Knights (2024), and Dia de Los Muertos & Monster Factory Exhibit (2024) at City Arts in Orlando, Florida, UCF Celebrates the  Arts (2025) at the Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center in Orlando, Florida, The Art Show (2025) at the Casselberry Arts Center in Casselberry, Florida, and at the ArtFields Competition and Festival (2025) in Lake City, South Carolina.

 

Vic was the featured artist at the St. Augustine First Friday Art Walk located at the Oldest City Arts and Wellness Lounge on June 6, 2025 and on July 4, 2025.  She showed her work from July 17 - August 31, 2025 for the What We See In the Shadows exhibit and at the Fall Members exhibit from September 6 - September 29, 2025.at the St. Augustine Art Association.

 

Vic was one of 48 artists chosen to participate in the Parking Spaces for Pride event at Se7en Bites in Orlando, Florida on September 15, 2025.  She also recently showed her work at the SOBO Art Gallery in Winter Garden, FL for the Young Creatives Showcase from October 1, 2025 - October 31, 2025, at the Casselberry Arts Center for the Into the Void: Memento Mori exhibit from October 6, 2025 - October 31, 2025, and CityArts for the Monster Arts exhibit from October 16, 2025 - November 15, 2025.

Vic graduated from the University of Central Florida with a BFA in Studio Arts with a focus in painting. She is currently a graduate student and plans to graduate from the University of Central Florida with an MFA in Emerging Media in the School of Visual Arts and Design in 2027.

Vic is a member of the St. Augustine Art Association (STAAA).
